Korkeamomenttimoottorit

Käyttötekniikan moniosaaja Parker tarjoaa sovellusratkaisuja, joissa moottorilta vaadittava akselinopeus ja momentintarve ovat suoraan sovitettavissa käytettävälle akselille ilman lisävälitystä.

Vaihteiston tai avovälityksen poisjääminen säästää tilaa ja parantaa hyötysuhdetta. Huollontarve vähenee ja äänitaso alentuu huomattavasti. Merkittävää säästöä tuo kokonaishyötysuhteen parantuminen, joka usein on keskeinen syy siirtyä momenttimoottorin käyttöön. Parker momenttimoottoriohjelma on lajinsa laajin momenttialueeltaan ja nopeusalueeltaan.

Voit valita moottorin vesi- tai ilmajäähdytteisenä monilla eri akseliratkaisuilla ja laakerointivaihtoehdoilla.

TMW ja TMA momenttimoottori antavat tasaisesti vääntömomenttia alueella 1200Nm… 22100Nm, nopeuden ollessa 0…500 rpm.

On mahdollista valmistaa myös suurempia malleja vakio-ohjelman ulkopuolelta asiakkaan tarpeiden mukaisesti, mikäli sovelluksen vääntömomentin tarve ylittää 22100 Nm.
